Republicans vow to tear down Barack's work on health care. Why? Don't they have better things to do than undo hard won concessions. I hope the rank and file Reps break with their muddle headed leadership. We need to go forward, not backwards, we need all that energy they're going to use to obstruct and destroy, to build consensus, to solve the problems of unemployment, education, national debt -- and Wall Street!
I heard talk about the "Rich" having to sacrifice more for the for the betterment of the economy. How is losing their tax advantage a "sacrifice", like they can't pay rent or mortgages, can't feed kids. But some of their tax money put to work elsewhere than in their pockets, could help show that the rich aren't favored over the working guy, who gets none of the perks of the rich, like lawyers, accountants and off shore bank accounts, and make more money available for unemployment and re-employment.
